My name is Selena, I'm a Christ follower, mom, wife, and a pretty big deal with my small circle.
I'm already down 16 pounds - a Bowling Ball!
I lost 85 pounds and it freaked me out a little bit, so I took back the food and gained it back. I don't particularly dislike being a bigger girl, but I want to be healthy and comfortable and to be honest, at this current size, I'm not. I have everything I need right now to be successful, I just need to embrace the process.
I want to lose 100+ pounds. I want to be fit and healthy. I want to be a better mom, willing and able to move my body to keep up with them. I want to look and feel as good as I can given what I have to work with. I want to be a light to others...to whom much is given, much is expected.
Quiet time with Christ, food plan, patience, move, seriously get up and move, be kind, to myself and others, three legs of the stool (spiritual, mental, physical). One day at a time!
Mother of 3 beauties with a wonderful husband and a great job and I love the Lord. Florida girl!

If you have done any exercise from Saturday forward please enter the minutes under the Around the World Traveling forum,,, Week 1 Moscow. If u happen to know how many glasses of water you drank each day,,, up to 10 glasses it'd be great to also enter them on this thread. Please just follow the post before urs. Only to do more than one day please put it as:
My Exercise: amount of minutes
My Water: ..amount of glasses drank
Team Exercise: last total from post below + ur total of 3 days =
Team Water: same as team exercise
Also as u get the time, please copy and paste from the weigh in thread,,, the first post. This is where you will do ur weigh in for the 8 weeks.
