My Goals:
I want to lose 100+ pounds. I want to be fit and healthy. I want to be a better mom, willing and able to move my body to keep up with them. I want to look and feel as good as I can given what I have to work with. I want to be a light to others...to whom much is given, much is expected.

My Program:
Quiet time with Christ, food plan, patience, move, seriously get up and move, be kind, to myself and others, three legs of the stool (spiritual, mental, physical). One day at a time!

Personal Information:
Mother of 3 beauties with a wonderful husband and a great job and I love the Lord. Florida girl!

Hi Selena!! Thought I'd by to see how you are doing?? Are you enjoying being a Dawggie? We have over 1/2 the team who have signed up to continue to be active as a Dawggie through the break. I can't remember if you have signed up. Before we had this as an option when the 8 weeks were over,,,,until the next challenge was up,,, 6-10 weeks,,,everyone was on their own. We found many had gained.

So our team asked if the team wanted to stay active. They did. We saw the benefits right f2f. Ceri liked this idea,,,we were asked to offer other teams if they'd like to join. Many now join.

I'm continuing to struggle with my foot. This week I'll find out if the Infectious disease office was able to identify the bacteria. If so I'll be put back on an antibiotic through IV at home. They do not putting you in hospital,,,, our immune system is already compromised,,,,to many germs there. If that can't be an option,,, than it'll be surgery. I've been told many times eventually this will lead to an amputation. They are hoping over time,,to start off slowly with the foot being done in 3 stages,,,than half up the calf,,,than to the knee.

I just want to resume a normal life. This has been going on since May 15. Dr visits are driving me NUTS!!

Selena WELCOME to the Dawggie team!!! Please on the team page read the mandatory reading thread under the General Discussion forum. It'll explain how the Challenge is run. If you have done any exercise from Saturday forward please enter the minutes under the Around the World Traveling forum,,, Week 1 Moscow. If u happen to know how many glasses of water you drank each day,,, up to 10 glasses it'd be great to also enter them on this thread. Please just follow the post before urs. Only to do more than one day please put it as:
