Hi Trish! :-)

I can't believe it's already 3 weeks! I was just looking at the post (below) of 1 wk, 2 days and 18 hours! YIKES!!! It seems like ages ago----I sure wouldn't want to be back there, that was an awful time!

I can't believe all the awful feelings I had, dread, anxious, panic, etc. YUCK! I NEVER want to feel like that again!

I'm doing VERY well now and I can actually breath when I reach the top of a hill when taking Isabelle' on our walks! It's a GREAT feeling! :-)

I do get cravings now and then, but I distract myself quickly and before I know it-----it's over with!

"Thank You" sooo...much for being here for me, all your encouragment, belief and support mean the world to me! :-)

Oh and the best news! I still haven't gained any weight! WOOHOOOO!!! Haven't lost, but haven't gained either! :-)
