My Goals:
Since hitting my thirties and having two children in quick succession I've decided it's now or never to get healthy. I want to lose 20 (or maybe 27) pounds but I also want to learn how to eat well to stay well and to keep my family healthy.
My Program:
I am tracking everything and trying to stay within my SparkPeople recommendations every day as well as doing cardiovascular and strength training - even 10 minutes strength training a day seems to be helping!
