Being consistent is non-negotiable- if I want to remain healthy and trim (and keep fitting into all the small clothes I have bought recently) I have to keep exercising and eating right most of the time. It's my choice. Plus I always find that once I start moving, I seem to feel better. Eating well has been a bit of a problem for me lately, I have been eating not so healthy food and not so healthy portions, which I really want to reign in before the end of October, so I can eat well for the month & half before Christmas when I know I'll be having more to eat. This is getting to be a book- sorry!
