Having done this three times already you'd think I'd have things dialed in but after baby #4 home, work, kids, age, and time are tipping the scales. So here I am getting the odds back in my favor.

It's a combination of eating cleanly & exercising on plan 90% of the time and achieving little goals to reach the big finish.



Personal Information:
I'm a Chemical Engineer working in Quality in the semiconductor world. I have a wonderful husband, 4 beautiful children and various critters which right now include 47 chickens, 5 sheep, 3 cows, 1 rabbit, 12 fish, and about 180,000 bees
