I have joined spark.com to encourage myself to be more physically fit and eat healthier food that I usually do. I am currently pushing the top half the healthy BMI for my height and weight. I would like to tone my body down and shed a few extra pounds.
I am trying to consume no more than 1500 calories everyday and burn an additional 1000 calories weekly with exercise. I''ve also been drinking plenty of water and taking supplements to help in my pursuit to stay healthy.
