Change can be good.

I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Funny thing, I can't smell the orange blossoms and we are surrounded with them in TX. Everyone tells me they are fragrant but not heard the overly sweet. Thanks so much for the orange. It is tasty for sure.

Thanks for the picnic basket of food to eat after my test! How thoughtful of you. I didn't realize how much I would miss eating until I had to have only clear liquids!

The test went fine. I get the results today, but I don't expect any problems so I'm not worried about it. I did eat as soon as allowed after the test.....life is good, and so was the food that day!

Hugs,
Kay

Hi Deena, Yes the humidity here has not been too great but the thing is its starting to be so hot and humid somewhat early now. Hope you are doing well. I am going to call Susan this week-end that way I figured she would not be teaching. Been trying to catch up with errands, paperwork, bills, etc since away last week. Have a great Wednesday and ENJOY! emoticon June

Thank you for the goody. Saw the picture of your dogs, so much like my Mutt and Duke, except Mutt is a little smaller.
