Change can be good.

I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Hi Deena, I was in and out for my mammo and dexa scan. I had eaten a little earlier and did some errands afterwards. Hot and muggy today. In a week or two they said weather is to get cooler then normal but we are to have thunderstorms too. We are never sure what we are going to get. lol Glad you enjoyed your water aerobics. Have a great Wednesday!

Good afternoon. Yes, I would love to see some animal spark goodies. Dogs, Horses etc. It's overcast today. We can smell moisture, but not sure if we will get rain. Kind of a crazy day, but the clouds keep the heat at bay. emoticon

Thank you for Spark Goodie as a new member. Yes I have tried water aerobics a few years ago without knowing I had fibro and I do love it. We have one class where I live and it conflicts with my schedule. Once I get graduated and can afford it I hope to start going on my own. I know the exercises, even swimming is great.
