I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Happy July 4th emoticon emoticon emoticon My right side is black and blue and quite sore where I fell and hit the faucet but otherwise I feel fine. I am just blessed with low BP and prone to passing out I guess. No more hot showers to try and relax.

Deena I don't move until July 31. I have to start packing. I was packing this weekend. I had to go to my Mom's went to take a shower and feel. I ended up in the hospital for 2 days and a night. I have a big black and purple bruise right over my right kidney and lung. It hurts like the dickens and I was only taking shallow breaths. Nothing is fractures that they x-rays showed. My highest B/P was 112/57 and my lowest was 62/45 I told them I just have low B/P but they wanted to keep me for observation and all kinds of tests. I look like a pin cushion of bruises. Everytime I fell asleep they were there to wake me up. I finally slept for 1 hour or so this afternoon between tests. emoticon

We don't have a lawn. Most everyone here let their lawn go when we had the drought for so long. I was hoping Dennis would put in new sod this year, but he has others things he needs to do first, so I guess it will get done next year. emoticon
