I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

    Hi Deena,

thank you for the Spark Goodie you sent me the other day. I am sorry it took so long to respond but I am not always "with it" these days due to the pain I am going through with my shoulder. I have good days and bad days and working hard to make less of those bad days which are most frustrating.

    Have a great day.

Keeping you in our prayers. Tonight it's looking bad for FL going right up the center of the state. You wonder where everyone can go to get out of harms way when so much land is involved. Unlike Harvey, Irma had something mad in mind!! Then Jose is behind her and there is a tropical depression in the entrance of the Gulf that is increasing in strength. They say that one will probably make it to Mexico. If northern MX, then we will be worrying about mom and our home too. So many nasty ones this yr. My SIL has a condo on St. Maarten and hers was spared but most were totally destroyed. A video from a helicopter was on FB from our nephew.
Anyway, please be safe and know we are thinking about all in the path of Irma.

i am now thinking about you, Deena! How close are you to the path of Irma? Are you in the evacuation area? Prayers for you all. I just read on the news crawler that Irma is the strongest hurricane of records in the Atlantic Ocean. If that hits, Houston will be minor in comparison! Take special care of my special friend!!
