I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Thanks dear friend for the soup. That's what I actually had for dinner tonight .We did a frig clean out and had homemade turkey veggie noodle soup left. Yum. It was 28 when we got up this AM but began warming. Roger felt today was a good day to clean out the rafters in the garage where there is yrs. of things stored!! All is down, it was hot up in the rafters and do to not being able to open the garage door as the ladder was in the way, it got warm in the garage. So will start going through it tomorrow. Hope you have a great day tomorrow and enjoy even though the humidity is high which is tough for me too.

Deena, thank you so much for your spark goodie.

I am going through many tests right now and although they have not done the cross match yet (will be done on May 25th) they are pretty sure we will be a match because we have the same blood type and neither of us has ever had a transfusion.
Thank you for asking and for your caring.

emoticon for the fins. I know physical therapy is easier in the water but it still bothers me. Somedays are okay, others are tougher. I have 2 sessions left and then I will have to take land therapy. I am not looking forward to that.
