I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Thanks yet again for the goodies!! We did have a windy, rainy day of driving. Stopped in Asheville NC which is a long drive for us. Now we are in the Smokies and will be going over the mountain in 2 or 4 days. Apparently they had bad weather in this area a couple days ago and we dropped the camper off the cement strips, narrow, into mud and left a deep hole to fix before we leave. Didn't have enough turning range to hit it right. Tomorrow to the Biltmore Estates and lots of walking if the weather agrees!
Have a great weekend and Memorial Day.

Well, we didn't need it...... yet! It did rain today but they have back off on the tornado and severe thunderstorm watches so that makes us rest a little easier. All afternoon we didn't have AC with 85 degrees and 85 dew point! It froze up. Roger went to Camping World and talked with a guy who said it's common for a piece of insulation on the inside to move slightly and cause restricted air flow. So he came home, saw the piece, took it out and we had a fan on the area all afternoon. Rain and heat but the windows were open. Just recently turned it back on and it works!! Thought we were going to have to replace that too!! BUT we are smiling and smiling and enjoying our funny, painful trip! But we are doing what we dreamed of doing.
Have a great remainder of the day! And again, thanks for the goodie!!

Sunshine? What sunshine? I don't believe the sun likes to travel with us!! It's either way too strong or gone totally. We can use the umbrellas with both! Thanks!! Have a great hump day!

Never have used it even in the "olden days" when working in the fields. I usually don't burn but get red and tan. I thank you for the goodie and the silent advice :-)D
    Have a great week!
