Change can be good.

I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I could use the real chocolate about now---LOL Right now there are 10 medical appointments for July---and I am sure that some of the ones we go to will add additional ones to the calendar--what fun! NOT!

Glad you are home safe and sound. Are you feeling better? I had food poisoning. Not fun.

Fluid retention for sure. Once you get to feeling better, it will disappear. Glad the chicken soup worked like it should have. It is amazing too. Take care. Don't get locked out of the house after flying to SLC!! LOL! And lots of hand sanitizers :-)D

Thanks for the Goodie about the rains in Texas & my travel. Thankfully, though we got a LOT of rain, we were OK in my area. And, we are now drying out which is wonderful! Though the mosquitoes attacked me last night... not so fun!

I hope you have a happy, healthy day!
