Personal Information:
I live in the foothills of NC and love it!!

I am 47 and have 3 wonderful sons and one beautiful grand-daughter that is one year old. She is the light of my life!!

I have been over weight for 20 years. My weight just kept creeping until I leveled off at around 175 a few years ago. Then I had a major surgery and was bed bound for about 7 months. I gained about 55 pounds . this is the first time the weight has actually started coming off!

thank you for taking time to read my blog, i was at the walking track, just walking as i did everyday when i broke my foot, no trip, no fall, no slip, just a step and a crack and a break and months of pain and therapy and treatments to try to heal, and having to increase my vitamin d to try to get the bone to heal faster. you are correct, so few people ever think this will happen, its nothing that ever crossed my mind.
i hope we can help educate a few people that it might prevent a bad health issue, thanks again.

I also dance around of walk in place when I'm in the kitchen. Some days its the only exercise that I really get. I've started once again to do wall push ups every time I use the restroom emoticon
