Looking for a peaceful easy feeling...

Like most people I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds over my 46 years. In 2006 I started to get healthy. I lost about 70 pounds, and changed a lot of my unhealthy habits. This past year I went back to my bad habits and gained back most of the weight. I lost the focus on being healthy and fell victim to the stress of work. I want to find myself again. My Goals:
I am looking for a healthy lifestyle that celebrates who I am now. I don't want to "wait until" to live my life. I want to learn to manage my stress in healthy ways.

My Program:
I've just started taking yoga, and love it. I also try to walk at least a couple of times a week. I love to cook. One of my struggles is finding recipes that are exciting, tasty and that my family will enjoy.

Don't let the site get you down! Pick one ta few things to learn each week. This week track your nutrition and fitness. Interact with the team. Next week, learn some more. It takes time and I am still learning.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am an Inclusion teacher in an elementary school. I've been lucky to be in fourth grade with the same coteacher for 3 years. Next year will be totally different. It looks like I might have 3 different classes with 3 different teachers. emoticon
So, I was wondering, how do you find time to workout during the school year?
I'm still playing around, seeing what is on this site. Any suggestions to make it the most useful.
