I want to be leading a healthier life to help my kids and husband do the same. I want the outside me to reflect the inside me. I want to be mobile when I'm 60, not stuck on a bench while others are out doing things.

those Reece PB eggs, trees, hearts, pumkins are the devils handiwork! I could NEVER buy one and keep it til easter. I HAVE to eat them the day I get them. Once I bought a bag[what was I thinking] of the smaller ones thinking it would be better-I think I ate twice as many-never again. I do Ok with the mini cups-for some reason seems I can ration them a little better. I usually eat chocolate everyday, but just a couple kisses or minatures. keep at it!
Good for you starting the walking group. Another sparker in my area and I are trying to get one going too. We got snowed out by the blizzard last Sat. We are trying again this week and picked up another member!
Thanks for asking how my month went! I am losing weight...by eating well, not because I'm exercising. I guess I could get off the computer and go do 10 min on the elliptical right now. Yes, I will do that! THANKS! ~Lee
thanks for reading my blog. I think it's the first time I've ever been called thoughtful! I know what you mean about wanting to be active now to maintain mobility when you're older. I have been pormising to loose weight since my late 30's. Now I'm coming up on 50 in a couple short years and STILL haven't conquered it! But at least we are trying and being concious. Welcome back!
