You asked how I was choosing the videos each day on my SP Video Challenge. I don't have a method to my madness I'm just trying to do as many of the SP videos as possible and showing that a person can get fit even with a short video each day. I do try to get a strength training video in 2x a week or more though, So I may be duplicating some of them.
