Hey! I'm a 23 year old grad student. It's been almost a year since I've last used this site but I'm back. Since the last time I've been on here I've decided to start the Optifast diet that is medically monitored by health professionals, and have been on it for a few weeks..Its a 12 week program of strictly liquid and then a maintence period where food is added back in. I am hoping that by adding this back into my daily activity I will continue gaining motivation throughout this diet!
