Hi Janis
How are you doing? I know you said you were struggling to get back on program ... I know all about that. Often it seems, you just have to keep stumbling along and then suddenly things click! and you're back on track. That's why I think it's important to stay in touch w sparkpeople even when all you're doing is drinking the 8 glasses of water a day -- just hanging on by a thread can be enough to remind you not to give up totally. And if there's one thing we cannot do, it is give up. This is our health we are fighting for!!

Sending hugs your way, and hoping things are getting better for you. I'm waiting here to cheer you on:)
Deirdre

Thank you for adding me as a friend; I'll add you, too!

Maybe the struggles you're having right now are part of an uncomfortable transition stage in your life, and you'll come out of this better, stronger and really ready for what the future has to offer you.

In the meantime, hang in there and be good to yourself:)

Hey Janis - thank you for the sweet email - that was really lovely of you. I'm glad I could help with your Spark, but it's all you babe. You have this in the bag. Just remember that. We're all here supporting each other, but I'd like to think that more we are here to celebrate each other. I look forward to following you on your journey as well!

Jenn
