What Does Not Bend Only Breaks

After 2 kids and a drive for a career, my health took a backseat. On July 4th 2007, I purchased an Ellipitical machine. This was the catalyst to a new me. All this and going back to college. With this lifestyle, I find myself living by "What does not bend only breaks" to ensure that I remain flexible in every part of my life so as to keep my sanity and acheive more balance.

With this lifestyle, I find myself living by "What does not bend only breaks" to ensure that I remain flexible in every part of my life so as to keep my sanity and acheive more balance.

The road was rough. Now a full year and a half later I lost a total of 25 pounds. For many months I was down on myself for slowly gaining some of the weight back and losing track of some of my healthy habits. I have exercised regularly all along, but my eating habits began to creep back as my way of coping and dealing with stress. I was getting more and more frustrated and taking it out on food.

Thus, I've decided to accept myself my body, find new ways to relax and enjoy a few minutes of free time every night, and just focus on fitness.

My Program:
My program consists of Pilates 2 times a week, 45 minutes 6x a week of Cardio, 30 minutes 3x a week of Strength Training. This combined with being more active with my children and maintaining a healthy and tracked diet.

Personal Information:
I'm 28 years old.
Living in Denver Colorado.
Always looking at ways to improve my health and live Green.
My hobbies are exercising, watching Hockey, and studying economics and politics.

My philosophy on life:
There are 2 kinds of people, those that take the stairs and those that take the elevator. I will always strive to take the stairs!

Hi, we joined sp on the same week. I'm just stopping by some of the team's members. I see from your comments at the top of this page, that we have had similar issues.
