I have a hard time sticking with weight loss plans. I understand how to eat healthy, I love veggies & fruit, I don't really like fast food, but I tend to snack at night or on the weekends.

I also really have a hard time getting to the gym.

I want to eat a lot less, and get to the gym 3 times a week.

I need help, I need positive people to encourage me and share this experience with me.

I've gained about 60 pounds in the last 3 years, and I am so uncomfortable with how my body looks. I'm so confident in all other areas - i just want to look the way I feel - fabulous.

PLEASE message me or write on my wall. Anyone who wants to share a story, a lesson or just a smile I am here to listen & absorb.

I'm scared of never losing this weight I've put on, and never really loving my body the way I want to.

This is the most honest thing I've ever published - but here I am. 61 pounds to lose - a tough year of responsibility and control ahead of me.

Hope you're still going strong! I fell off the band wagon for awhile. ( I just moved back to the Seattle area and the move has been tough on me). But you can do it!

I just read your blog because it was on my feed, which led me to your profile. Your Bio is so relate-able! Let me just tell you, you CAN do it!!! I promise!!!! I know 60 pounds is hard to lose (I did it before, then put on twice as much! YUCK!) but it's worth it! The biggest thing to remember is to make mental adjustments and talk to yourself like you're your best friend and cheerleader- no negative self talk! Only healthy advice!

If you need anything, I'm here! I'm all about being someone's go to person in times of need because I know it's hard without one.
