Never Giving Up!

I feel that I need to be more diligent at doing low carb as good as I can and staying in my low carb ranges. If I can do that the majority of each week, I know that I'll lose. It's tough with exercising but I can at least pedal on my recumbent bike. I love that and I try to stay on it until I still love it! That's how I used to lose the weight. Up the exercise with what I can do. So here's to me! I can do it with all my wonderful, awesome Sparking friends! My goal is 155# from what my dr. told me in 2011. He said to get down to there and go from there. Well, I keep plugging along at it and will get there in 2015. I can feel it now!!

My Program:
I'm making more healthy choices with food, paying more attention to exercise. I try to keep my goal in view every day.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Seattle, WA and have lived in the Midwest for around 30 years now, married to my best friend. We own and operate our dairy farm. My husband and I have two grown children. Our daughter's married and our son farms with us full-time. We also have our beloved English Springer Spaniel named Hope! We love her undying love for us every day! We raise corn, soybeans, barley, alfalfa and wheat too sometimes. I love the distinct 4 seasons in the MIdwest, but not always the extreme temp. of heat and humidity in the summer and the cold winds along with snow in the winter. But we know that the things we don't care for as much, find us enduring and then that builds character! I love gardening, baking, collecting, shopping, sewing, music, singing, piano, painting, decorating, embroidery. I hope to become more and more healthy that I can enjoy all of these things more.

So sorry Prednisone has done this to you. Is there anyway your doctor can get you off of it? Are you in a lot of pain? Sending you hugs and Feel Better Wishes today and always. Hi,
Thanks for your comment on my activity and Pt. Doing much better and after today four more appmts. Did not realize I had also injured my back when I hurt my arm. Arm is MUCh better, but working on the knots in my back now.
Happy all has worked out well for you with you knee and seems like you are doing well. Great to know this. Hope your are enjoying the Spring if you have any warm days.
