148 - Redefine goals, see where I am and what/if I can do more.
I'm a couple weeks into Insanity - and I must say that it is a monster...but so worth it!
Besides working on the Insanity DVDs, I do Pilates on Tuesdays and Zumba on Wednesdays. I need to get into the pool again and I just bought some new hiking shoes for the Washington Mountains!!
I've been eating as clean as I can - with VERY limited amounts of meat. I try to stay clear of meats in restaurants and I try to get as many vegetables and fruits as I can. I've successfully eliminated sugar from my morning coffee and oatmeal, and I'm cutting back on white breads and alcohol. Woot woot.
Hi Laura, did you see on the bottom of the nutrition page there is a feature to 'add/edit additional meals'? I remember you posting something about being able to track small meals rather than snacks, check it out.
Hey girl, I had no idea that sunflower seeds are so caloric!!
So eventhough I was traveling yesterday I still wrote down everything I ate and paid close attention to what I put in my mouth.
I was sitting next to sisters on the plan.. for lunch they ate a bagel sandwich, pita chips with hummus, yogurt and a lot of chocolate. They had a ziplock bag full of chocolate and then pulled out a candy bar. When the beverage cart finally made it to us, then each got a soda and 2 packs cookies. I could not believe what was going into their mouths! It grossed me out and helped me to stay strong.
I've been thinking about my rewards and have some good ones, keep a look out for an update.
