Have a good Summer, and do something fun for yourself.

Starting anew. It's hard stepping out of your comfort zone, very hard. Unless you have been through it, one doesn't understand.

Right now, I'm doing the best that I can, and that's all that anybody can do, right?

My Goals:
To focus on me and try to work out some things that I've had some problems with.

My Program:
Get into the groove in supporting the members on the teams that I co-lead.

Personal Information:
I live in Johnson City, TN, surrounded by mountains, which is a huge change after living in Chicago for many, many years. Everything is different, even the medical care, and not in a good way.

Other Information:
Be kind to others.... as you don't know what they might be going through at that very moment. I learned this from Gilda Radners book, It's Always Something.... you should check it out at your local library, it's a good, heartfelt read.

emoticon The Motivator of the Day. What an honor.

Oh, I lived in Chicago for a year near Lincoln and Belmont and loved it there. So many free things to do in Chi-town. Then later I lived near Knoxville, tn. and WOW, that was a different place, so I understand what living in Johnson City must be for you.

I always say that same thing, my daughter wanted to work at a shelter for her school community service, the catholic high school she went to they have you work 2 weeks out of the year for charity. I said shes going to cry when she sees them sweet abused animals...I would die if I was there and seen that..I cry on advertisements before i can get the channel turned, I can't see any animals hurt emoticon ..if I was a cop and had to pick up an animal abuser only one of us would make it back to the police station emoticon
