Healthy from the Inside Out

I never thought I could lose weight- but I ended up losing 10 pounds last year and I felt great. My honey came home from Iraq, and we wined and dined A LOT- and slowly but surely those 10 pounds crept back. Now I am in it for the long haul. I recently started my new career in the preventative health care field as a massage therapist and I only plan on moving forward from here. By this time next year I want to be a certified Yoga Instructor as well and be aiding others in their journey ...

I am ready to live what I preach and with God on my side the opportunities are endless!

My Goals:
To always remember to pray and be so thankful for all of my blessings, having food on the table, a roof over my head and to have been so blessed to live in America

To wake up in the morning feeling energized and alive

To live what I teach others

To get out there when the weather warms up and explore the Adirondacks

My Program:
Keeping track of my caloric intake

Yoga at least once a week

Cardio 3x per week

Strength training at least 2X per week

Well I want to say this is alot of work and you have to really turn everything around...It seem that is alot of brain storming and rethinking your eating..Research is a big thing...Meeting new people that keep checking on you and motivating you in a good positive way...I find that having your food log and exercise available and blogging is a good way to make sure you are being good...Some day's of course are hard, but if you screw up just make sure you get right back too it after you eat something bad....The whole reason to stick with is too look good and feel healthy about your life....Sticking with it is the key to success...Feel free to to message me any time and I will try to motivate you in the right direction...I have had a lot of SP friends that are checking in on me....It is a really great feeling and love this whole system....
