I've never done that workout but if it's a mix of strength training & cardio, I would log it as Circuit Training!

Hi! Checking your log tonight.....fruits & veggies...we all need more of those. You could have a whole bunch of fruit and veggies for 139 calories instead of those sugar packets! Don't shoot me....it's just really something to see that add up the way it does. Good job logging!
