I am definitely committed to letting go of excess weight. I don't need it.
My issues are the same as most of us- fear of losing weight, forgetting my commitment, feeding my immediate urges rather than my desires for the future.
I am female, 62, have ~100 lbs. to lose, community volunteer, love books, movies, music, art, my rural home, my family and life in general.
