You weigh what I do today.
You made one of the smartest decisions of your life to become a SPARKER. This is DAY 1 in your new life of health and fitness. I have signed into Sparkpeople every single day for the past 134 days and I've lost 26#, which isn't a lot, but it is 1/4th of the way to my goal. I've gotten much stronger from doing a little exercise each day because I START. I know I will get there, because I will continue to be a SPARKER. DO NOT QUIT.

Being fat is hard.
Losing is hard.
Maintaining is hard.
Choose your HARD.
