Starting Over!

Hi everyone,

I lost 14 pounds in 2009-2011, then I have been on a plateau for the past few months.
I was 204 pounds when I started this weight loss journey, (lost a bunch of weight using Nutrisystem in 2005 and kept half off) restarting at a 190 lbs, (weighed 189 this morning tho!) and doing it with the help of spark people and setting goals and setting my weight loss goals at five pounds at a time. So my next goal will be 185!
Update: Well, it's 2 years later, ...

Update: Well, it's 2 years later, 12/12/13 and I'm down to 180! I have been on a plateau again, staying between 180 and 177 for way too long. I went from 189 down to 177/180 using SparkPeople, now I've added Nutrisystem back and hope to lose 50 pounds!

SEAHORSE I had a very long plateau but I am a very slow loser. I have been here for 4 years and I really believe you need to stay in your calorie range . dropping the nutrition made me just weary. I suggest you energize your body by walking indoors or out if you could do 30 minutes or more daily check it out for a month and see where it goes.
I hope you can weigh and measure your foods till you know portion size, give it a try and getting the fluids , and green vegetables and fruit should help. It has for me. I must say the scale bothers me way too much so I weigh in rarely or if I am doing a challenge. My waist band and belt give me good check ins. Pat in Augusta.
