My name is Nikole, and I am once again taking the first step into a new weight loss journey. This time I am going to do things differently. I want this time to be a permanent loss -- so in order to do that I need to figure out what it is that makes me regain after significant loss!

Hey Nik! Thanks for letting me know about this site. We may need to get a Nascar group going here! I think Michele came over too. I am loving seeing how many calories I eat vs counting points. And I tried South Beach and gallbladder started acting up so I am just eating whatever. I am going to work on eating healthy and stay with limits for right now. And trying to get move activity in. Swade32!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Seagal! Welcome to the CoreBuddies team! Jump on in to the discussions, introduce yourself and try a challenge or two. I predict you'll love combining Core and SparkPeople.
I crank the tunes and dance a bit while I'm driving. Not a great cardio workout, but I can do some twisting, stretching and easy punches from the drivers seat. It gives the other drivers something to laugh about.
