My Goals:
to continue to maintain healthy blood sugar levels, normal blood pressure, normal lipid panels.

My Program:
My diet consists of lots of low carb veggies, protein foods and healthy fats. No grains except for an occasional bit of white rice.
Basically all whole foods.
I do some strength and range of motion exercises and I walk.

That line just popped into my head one day! It's true in every realm of my life.

I function best within the boundaries of order and not chaos or loosey-goosey.

It's like thinking of a fenced in yard. Sometimes it keeps the "good" in and the "bad" out!
