Hey! I'm Cassie, an easygoing mom to a beautiful little girl. I was born and raised in southern California. I love the outdoors and can't get enough sunshine. I'm lucky enough to live just two block from the beach so I'm there whenever I get the chance...beach combing, walking, running, swimming and surfing.

My Program:
I am sticking to a strict vegan diet. My meals for the most part are fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a veggie, whole wheat packed dinner.

I drink a ton of water.

I swim twice a week for 90 mins.

I walk a lot for now. I plan to get back into running by following the C25K program. I will be setting up future running goals soon.

WOW That is awesome.. A half marathon!!!! I am jealous.. I can run like 2-3 minutes in a row before I have to stop.. But that is ok I am improving.. I am losing weight again.. and feeling motivated..How are things for you? Anything new?.. Following any plans?... Lets catch up.. I need a spark friend :)
