I am so done being fat. The time is now to get healthy and lose weight. I want my life back!!! My name is Shirley and I live in Florida with my husband of about 11yrs and an eight year old daughter. I have tried so many diets and have done the yoyo thing many times over. My first goal is to lose 42 Ibs by December 31 08 and to lose another 60 Ibs by my birthday May 29, 2009.

My Goals:
I want to eat less carb. I want to be healthier. I want to lose 42 by the end of the year 2008
My Program:
I have lessened my portion size. I eat on lunch size plates to make it look bigger. I drink a large glass of water with every meal. I have been working out more. My goal is to workout a minimum of 3 days but I try to work out more than that.
