If you're stuck, try varying your exercise and nutrition plans.

I've experienced several plateaus on my *weigh* to losing over 100 pounds.

Moreover, it's harder for women to lose weight.

You can and will do it. Keep up the good work.

You're in it for the long run ...

Listen to the lectures on Youtube by Richard Johnson M.D. as he explains Metabolic syndrome/Insulin Resistance. I'm reading his great book "THE SUGAR FIX" and learning SO much.
