Making Changes in 2012 for ME and my Family!

Hello Spark World! My name is Shannon and I am tired of being fat! Some would say I'm not fat, but they don't see me after I get out of the shower : D lol! It's easier to cover it up with clothes!

I have tried this before but fell off (twice)...so I'm gonna try again! I plan to exercise regularly (instead of sitting on the couch filling my face) and eating much better! Beginning to introduce water daily is very hard for me. I am a Mountain Dew drinker and it's hard to go from that to water! : ) I have to make the change for myself because no one can do it for me, even though that would be a wonderful gift! ; ) I almost see myself on those overweight shows saying "I saw the weight creep up and creep up, then bam, I weigh 300 lbs!" That is NOT okay with me and it is time to change!
Ummm let's see what else ... I am the mommy of four wonderful children (those to whom I blame ALL of my weight gain lol ) Just kidding! I have 3 girls and 1 boy. They are the reason I breathe and I will take 100 more pounds just to keep them if I had to! But since I don't, it's time for mommy to get skinny again!

My Goals:
My goal is to bring the HEALTHY back! The sexy will follow! lol I have let myself go and it's time for a change.

My Program:
I have the Brazil Butt Lift and will be starting Day 1 today!! 1-11-12 - Can't wait to see the changes to come!
So photos and measurements will be done tonight and will update profile tomorrow to reflect.

Personal Information:
I am a laid back mommy that would rather be at home with family than at the bar (which is good since alcohol is bad for you)! : )

Other Information:
I love love love the movie 'The Notebook'. There is no other love like true love that lasts forever!

I wish I had more time to read...but let's face it...I work and have 4 children, my free time is spent sleeping!
