I am a 28 yr old mom of three wild boys. I love to be outside and I've always considered myself very active, BUT---there's my butt! LOL! I want to firm up everything--I want to slip into my Wranglers (w/o baby oil), and I want to break my bad habits--overeating really yummy food, and eating when I am bored or tired. I want to feel better under my skin.

My Goals:

My Program:
Hmm, well I work nights at the hospital. So, I am walking extra laps when I get tired/cold instead of drinking hot cocoa. I am bringing healthy snacks--baked sweet pototoes, baby carrots, fruit, tea--with me so I don't eat all the junk food around. I am cutting all pop out of my diet. I am going to play tag more with my boys.
