I am ready to make a new life for my family and myself. Learning to eat healthy is our goal.We have been eating better since August 1. My husband has lost about 30 pounds and I have lost 33. I still have a long way to go but I am a third of the way there. Yeah. I am looking at getting my family more active now. Through walking, hiking, or whatever else I can think of.

Hello I saw your post on 100+lbs/ 1 year... I thought I'd write and let you know you've got a friend! As far as the plateau goes they say that if you change up your fitness routine after about 2 weeks you should start to see a difference. Another thing to help is to post often. It may seem a bit weird as far as advice goes but people who participate more on boards like SP are more likely to lose weight. So keep checking in on the team and tell us how your doing.
