Hey new friend! :) I too am a serious emotional eater. There are days when I can't get the food in my mouth fast enough and I really have to check myself. I seriously get to the point of what I call "black out meals" where I look down and all of my food is gone and I don't recall the taste of anything. It's great your mindful and taking control!
Congrats on all of your awesomeness and weight loss! I know you can just *taste* that under 200... You're SO close! Keep up the hard work and you'll be there in no time. :D
