Marching Forward

I know this is only the beginning, but I am very proud of myself. I started working out at my new health club and met my personal trainer this morning. I am not a morning person, so it was not easy for me to walk into the gym at 6:00 a.m. this morning, but I did it and as I sit here at work I am feeling great! I am determined to get fit and healthy this year. I splurged and signed up for a year with a personal trainer. He is a bit pricey, but when it comes to my health and fitness, I am ...

Hello sparkfriend! Just checking on you. I did sign up for the walk/jog challenge again, but I have decided to make the program work for me. I will repeat weeks as many times as I need to to give my knees a break. I will continue the yoga to strengthen the knees, and just walk on the days that I don't jog. Have a good one.
