I am equally glad to have found another wolverine in OH - was afraid I might be kicked out of the group (lol). Keep up the good work on food tracking - that's is the hardest part for me, but this site does make it a little easier because of the phone app. emoticon

Good morning! Thanks for your comment on my blog. Your cheerios episode sounds just like something I would do. I have to start measuring out portions because if I sit down w/ a bag/box of something I will definitely eat half of it before I realize what I've done. I always give my girls a reasonable portion of snacks in a baggie/bowl. I guess I need to start mothering myself! lol Hope you have a great weekend!
