My Goals:
I want to feel good! I hate how I look, no clothes fit right, and this is something I can change, so i'm going to work to give myself the gift of comfort and confidence.
My Program:
Trying to eat real foods, with a balance of healty fats, veggies, fruits and not overdoing the grains as I tend to gravitate to. Avoiding sugar as much as possible, except for treat days. Cardio most days of the week: B L Cardio Max or walking video. Have not been doing anything for a couple of months with a bad back, will need to get back into this routine. Strength Training 3 times a week: 30 Day Shred, so far that's the only video I have, so that or a resistance band workout.
