My Goals:
I want to feel good!

I hate how no clothes fit right, and this is something I can change, so i'm going to work to give myself the gift of comfort and confidence.

My Program:
Strength training, dead lifts, RDL, squats, Pilates for my core (this I find the hardest) and I'm up to 12 lbs dumbells for arm exercises.

I'm trying to eat real food, not the stuff that comes in boxes. Lots of protein, healthy fat, veggies and fruit. Nuts, cheese, chia pudding are my snacks.

Thanks. I am hoping the pain will lessen as I have stopped walking and am doing my best to stay off my feet until they are better. In the mean time I will have to apply all that I know about food to lose the weight. It is doable.

Hi,

Lady you are brave and have been through so much. Glad to see you here. I initially saw your comment on a message board for Hudson Valley and I also have been around a while and looking for motivation nearby. It sounds like you are getting back on track with your weight loss I am still working on it but hoping to start my long walks and doing local 5k races again. Maybe we can help each other and activate the message board again.
