It is amazing and I have started reading from his first day. I am not sure I am in agreement with the amt of fast food he eats but then I am not a fast food eater, no idea last time we went to Mcd. or Burger king maybe KFC 1 x a year. so we sure can and we will beat this and do it all together. As far as the haters blog, yes a high cal day is the only thing that keeps us from giving in to cravings 6 days a week. We know if it still sounds good Saturday then we can have it. Funny thing is, 90% of the time, it doesn't sound good by then which tells you it was a fleeting craving! If you decide to go for it just remember these few things 1) don't order a size you don't want to be--smalls and mediums only. 2) Don't drink your calories unless a drink is one of your treats 3) Eat SLOWLY. 4) Stop when you're full not miserable.
