I've been on Spark since July 2006, aiming to lose 10 pounds, and refocus on healthy eating and exercising. So far - doing well. I've started running again, with my first 5K coming up in a couple of weeks! Only a few pounds to goal!

Just peaking in to fellow team members for People in Ottawa and adding to the SP Friendship list! As co-leader, I have had the priviledge of getting to know so many great people locally and with our in person meetings, well it's has allowed us to expand on this even further!

So I'm stopping by your page to wish you a fabulous weekend - we are certainly in for a couple of 'beautiful' days! Looking forward to getting to know you better!
