My Goals:
I've already lost 45 lbs (gained 20 back), so I have 90 more to go to be at my goal weight. I want to do the Color Run 5K next year so I'm working on my stamina and strength.

My Program:
Learned a lot from doing my own version of Medifast, so I'm incorporating those tools with Bob Harper's Skinny Rules.

Personal Information:
I'm from Bel Air, MD. My husband is from Staten Island, NY. We may move back there some day, but for now we are living in Fullerton, MD.

We stay at home moms need to stick together!!

Good luck with your goals, but then again, we don't really need luck. Just alot of support and slowly work our way to good routines, habits and exercise.
