Thank you for your comment on my blog, No more guilt is harder to do than say. I do not blog often because I have trouble asking for help. My pride gets in my way when I do not pay attention. I am doing good with releasing the weight but have hovered for past 3 weeks, even with incorporating HIIT exercise. I am unsure of next steps except for staying on track with calorie range and moving the body on days off of work. Welcome to Spark. I hope you get all the support you need to continue on this life long journey. For sure, that is my biggest lesson, I have learned here. It is not a diet. You do not lose weight and quit tracking food & exercise. It just does not work that way. Good journey, Spark friend. TC
