Hello, I am a 61+ semi-retired bookkeeper, happily married for 35 years to my supportive and loving UDA. I have just been diagnosed with high blood pressure and want to work towards reducing this. I am already hugely physically active, as part of my continuing fibromyalgia rehab. Ongoing depression and anxiety are extra challenges. I love scrapbooking, music [long-time piano, recorder, vocal student], camping and photography. ONWARDS is my motto in life.

Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing your success! Every bit counts and should be celebrated. emoticon

I feel lucky to get to be the first one to welcome you to SparkPeople. I added you as a friend, too. This is a wonderful community and you will meet many supportive and enthusiastic people here. I'm happy that we found each other - looks like you are a booklover/writer as well? (I am both, although more successful at the book-reading than the book-publishing). emoticon

Congrats on your ongoing hard work toward rehab and regular exercise. I can only imagine that it must be challenging on many days...I can tell that you have real determination and willpower. Way to go!
