I can do it!
My friend DeAnna and I decided to run a 5K at the end of July. Being I haven't ran since high school, I decided to do a little research and see what the best way to train for this would be. That's how I came across SP. What a great discovery!! Definitely going to spread the spark!

My Goals:
Run a 5K the last weekend in July. Lose these last 13 pounds! Long term goal...I turn 40 next year and want to look good in a bikini! Tone that stomach. 7/31 Delhi Lions Club 5K 38:11 9/24 Galena's 5K 10/1 Ely's 5K
My Program:
I am doing interval training 4 days a week and strength training 2 days a week. Currently I am jogging 6 minutes and walking 2 minutes. Hope to increase to 8 and 2 on Monday. Work on eating more freggies! Cut back on my emotional eating!
Personal Information:
I live in NE Iowa. I have been married to a wonderful man for nearly 12 years. Our daughter will be 9 years old this year and keeps us on our toes. I am very fortunate to have a very loving and supportive family.
