Thank you so much for the add and for the kind words. Today has been rough...I ended up pushing myself to jog/walk a 5K this weekend, and since then my back has been a little messed up. I NEVER would have thought running would hurt your back! Usually it's my legs and knees...so I've been taking today slowly. But I've got to be honest - I ended up doing another 5k Training today, and feel a lot better!
