Working on those last 10lbs!
My name is Amanda and I have been on my journey to a healthy lifestyle for the last few years. Since 2010, I have lost 45 pounds and have the final 10 pounds to go. With the help of Sparkpeople and my Bodybugg, I was able to keep off the weight even through a 6 month recovery from ankle surgery the summer of 2011. I would love to find a couple Sparkpeople Buddies to help me keep motivated!

My Goals:
I would like to lose my last 10-15 pounds with a target weight of 130 lbs.
My Program:
Strength Training workouts 3-4 times a week either in class or at home using videos. Cardio - walking+ daily 30 minutes. Nutrition - 1200-1500 calores per day.
