OK, the old intro needs to go. It's almost exactly one year later, I'm at the exact same weight I was at then, and I still haven't made the changes I need to make to live healthy. It's time to step up to the plate and do it.

I am setting a few personal fitness goals - I am committed to the 50 mile MS Challenge walk in September. I want to do a metric century bike ride before next fall, and a full century ride before 45!

My Goals:
I'm recommitting to losing 25 pounds by Labor Day. I am also looking for some new friends.

My Program:
I know I need to change my eating habits, but I am seriously fighting with that. I also need to move this body of mine a whole lot more!

Personal Information:
42 year old mom of three boys - ages 16, 5, and almost 4. I have a newly rediscovered love for cycling, and am loving going on long bike rides with my boys.



Other Information:
I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, knitting, and sewing as well as most crafts!
