Aiming for health

I try to eat healthy but get distracted. I have been a "piscatarean" on and off for 18 months and I am currently off meat. I do smoke but would seriously love to be a non-smoker; the addiction is very strong in me and gives me a sense of panic to think I cannot have a cigarette. I have a miniature Jack Russell dog which helps with walking goals and I look after my friend's larger dog in the day and she has my dog in the evenings when I work. I have a sit-down job as a telephonist in a call ...

I do smoke but would seriously love to be a non-smoker; the addiction is very strong in me and gives me a sense of panic to think I cannot have a cigarette. I have a miniature Jack Russell dog which helps with walking goals and I look after my friend's larger dog in the day and she has my dog in the evenings when I work. I have a sit-down job as a telephonist in a call centre which means I am sedenta\ry for a large part of the day. I am overweight and have been trying to diet for about 8 weeks. I have lost 9 pounds. I have an exercise programme which my friend devised, she is training to become a personal trainer. Whilst writing this down, I realise I have a lot going for me which should mean I can become more healthy.
