Focus on the positive.

I am 44, live in Orlando, married, work full time and have 2 wonderful boys. Since joining Spark, I have realized that this is a journey, and one I can experience daily. I joined Weight Watchers about a year ago and love it. I know that exercising is THE key for me. I just have to make time for it.

Hey Nancy,

So I went in my pantry to give you some 1 pound items, you can use. So here's what I got.

1 Loaf of Bread (16 oz.)

1 Stick of Butter

1 Can Good of veggies

1 Bottle of Salad Dressing (normal size is 16 oz)

1 jar of jelly

1 jar of peanut butter

1 16 oz bag of rice

1 bag of 16 oz. of carrots emoticon

1 16 oz candle

1 Pint of Ice Cream emoticon

I hope some of these will help give you a visual of something you can use!!
