Focus on the positive.

I am 44, live in Orlando, married, work full time and have 2 wonderful boys. Since joining Spark, I have realized that this is a journey, and one I can experience daily. I joined Weight Watchers about a year ago and love it. I know that exercising is THE key for me. I just have to make time for it.

Hello! How's it been going? With all the jellyfish action going on with our local beaches, I've been taking the family to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach. How about you?

How did your week go? I did not get in as much exercise as planned, only 2 true workouts, and 1 day walking/shopping last week. I promise to get in 4-5 workouts this weekend: Monday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Tuesday - 5:45 pm Zumba, Wednesday - 5:30 pm Zumba, Thursday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Friday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire. I would like to get in a 5:45 pm Body Pump class on Monday evening, too - but it truly depends on how my Monday at work goes...no promises there.

When are you scheduling your workouts this week? Any new healthy recipes to recommend?
